June 26, 2018

Milan Kordestani started his own farming business while he was just a sophomore in high school. The young entrepreneur named his company Milan Farms, and it is a producer of eggs, saffron and other natural herbs, including mint. The eggs come from humanely treated free range chickens that have been grass fed, and the plants are organically grown, as well. The farm distributes its eggs to many areas on the west coast of the U.S., and the herbs are sent to places all over the world. Milan Farms prides itself on using only the most natural and organic ways to grow produce and to raise chickens that will produce the best tasting eggs.

In addition to being the CEO and founder of Milan Farms, Milan Kordestani is a contributor to the Huffington Post, where he writes about topics that include agriculture, politics and mental health. He is also an accomplished equestrian who began riding horses at the age of 10. He has competed in a number of national horse races and has earned high rankings in several of its divisions. He ranked 3rd in the World’s Championship Horse Show in the 17 and Under contest in 2015, and in 2016, he received his highest ranking so far when he finished in 2nd place after competing in the race’s Five Gaited division.

Milan Kordestani was born in Stanford, California, and attended the area’s Phillips Brooks Elementary School, but in 2009, he and his family moved to London, England and he was enrolled at Eaton Square School there. The family moved back to the Bay Area in 2010, and he went to Sacred Heart Preparatory, where he graduated in 2017. His big interest in horse racing prompted him to begin taking riding lessons in the city of Atherton during his earlier years, and it was only a few years later when he won the first round of the triple crown while he was aboard his own horse, which he’d named CH His Supreme Reflection. The published author, agriculturist, equestrian and young businessman is now attending college in his home state of California.
